Terms & Conditions

1. Tour Modifications and Cancellations: IH Holidays reserves the right to postpone or cancel any advertised tours without prior notice. In such events, payments made by participants will be fully refunded. However, no compensation claims will be entertained.


2. Tourist Site Accessibility: Access to certain tourist destinations is subject to weather conditions and government regulations.


3. Itinerary Changes: IH Holidays may modify or alter the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no compensation or refunds will be provided for unfulfilled services, including visits to museums, restaurants, sightseeing, or shopping, even if they were part of the original itinerary.


4. Single Travelers: Single travelers without accompanying family members may be required to share accommodations on a twin or triple-sharing basis, depending on availability. If no suitable roommate is available, a single supplement fee will apply.


5. Tour Pricing: Tour prices are calculated based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation. IH Holidays reserves the right to adjust prices in response to rate changes before the departure date.


6. Departure Point: Unless specified otherwise, tours depart from Kochi. Participants joining from other locations are responsible for any additional airfare, airport transfers, hotel stays, and related expenses.


7. Group Size: Tour costs are based on a minimum group size of 20 passengers. If the group size decreases significantly, adjustments to the meal plan, transportation, and other services may be necessary.


8. Hotel Accommodations: IH Holidays selects hotels in convenient locations, subject to availability. In cases where rooms are unavailable in the chosen hotel, alternative accommodations may be arranged. Standard rooms are provided on a twin-sharing basis, with an extra bed often being a roll-away mattress in a twin-bedded room.


9. Hotel Facilities: Amenities such as air-conditioning and central heating are provided at the hotel’s discretion, considering factors like weather conditions and local regulations.


10. Third-Party Services: As a tour operator, IH Holidays does not control services provided by airlines, railways, coach companies, shipping companies, hotels, or local transport providers. Therefore, IH Holidays is not liable for delays or deficiencies in services offered by these third parties. Additionally, IH Holidays has no control over the operating hours of tourist attractions.


11. Reserved Seating: In computerized reservation systems, assigned seats or berths cannot be changed. Participants must occupy the seats or berths specified on their tickets.


12. Ticket Collection: Participants are required to collect their travel tickets from IH Holidays’ offices after full payment. Tickets will not be sent via courier.


13. COVID-19 Protocols: Participants must adhere to government-issued COVID-19 guidelines. Access to certain sightseeing locations may be affected by these protocols. IH Holidays is not responsible for changes or sudden closures of attractions due to government orders.
